We all know that Ford has switched and changed their gears quite a bit and now – now they are spicing up a lot of their cars – the 2011 Ford Mustang GT included. This particular car is actually something that I look forward to seeing and I can tell you for sure that the 2011 Ford Mustang GT is going to be incredible. Not only do they have some awesome specs that all come standard with it but I can tell you for sure that the base model – still awesome is press inexpensive. Just coming in under twenty-two hundred dollars makes the brand new 2011 Ford Mustang GT worth it.

When it comes to concept cars, what better cars to talk about than luxury cars? Constantly, the stream of luxury cars is changing and evolving and I think that this brand new concept by Cadillac is absolutely incredible! Not only does the Cadillac XTS Platinum Concept have some incredible technique and body-work, but I have to say that this particular car is making waves everywhere.
Rolls Royce claims that the Ghost can meet head on any Bentley Continental anytime. It will carry the looks of the concept car 200EX that you can see on the Rolls-Royce website. Those who can afford it has an option for a V8 or a V12 engine. There is also an option to go for a coupe or a convertible ride
The new Mulsanne was first unveiled at Pebble Beach. It gets a new design, a new engine, and a sticker price of around $300,000. That will be a hefty price to pay without the other perks of luxury you might ask for the interiors like the drink carts, quilted seats, and aluminum dash. The first unit after the Pebble’s sold for $550K.
The Gran Turismo 5 Series from BMW promises a ride with bigger room for its occupants aside from the sexy rounded roofline it has. It will be running on a V8 with twin-turbo engine capable of giving out 400 horsepower. The powertrain is combined with an 8-speed automatic transmission. The car blazes from 0 to 60 in 5.4 seconds going for a top speed of 150 mph with a sport variant.
Va va voom, my friends! Ferrari finally revealed its very newest one off. What’s it called? A veritable mouthful: the Ferrari P540 Superfast Aperta. Pininfarina designed the car for a client from the United States. It is based around the fabulous 599 GTB Fiorano and it is the second brand new vehicle created as part of Ferrari’s Special Projects program. The car was inspired by a Ferrari designed by Carrozzeria Fantuzzi that was actually built for one of Fellini’s films — Toby Dammit, a 1968 film. Edward Walson owned the car, and last year he approached the Italian automaker to create a more modern version of the film’s golden car.
The delay of diesels in the U.S. market from car manufacturers like GM, Ford, Chrysler, Nissan, Toyota, and Honda can be blamed on the shaky state of the economy. European brands like Mercedes Benz, BMW, Audi, and Volkswagen leave their competition behind and why not if they can charge the cost of producing expensive engines to their consumers who go for premium brands.
American and Japanese car manufacturers don’t have the positioning and advantage that the European brands have. The vehicles they produce are mainstream and they do not have significant diesel programs in Europe or other parts of the globe.

The European car makers are grabbing the opportunity to dominate the market as diesel prices drop and as clamor for more fuel efficient engines increase. They are finding the greener solution in diesel which has more energy stored compared to gasoline. Diesel technology can still compete with the emerging hybrid vehicles.
Consumers can save on average about $3000 to $8000 per car compared to getting hybrid systems. Diesel powertrains also prove to be torquey and perform in real driving conditions. The hybrid, on the other hand, has the street image of being the greener of the choices and is more popular nowadays.
The European luxury car makers will definitely push forward with their plans of selling more units in the United States as Japanese and American car makers struggle to bring back their diesel solutions to North America.
Many of you may have seen the spy shots and estimations of the 2010 Devon GTX, but you do not have to sneak around any longer, because the car finally debuted right on Pebble Beach. It promises to be a super car to be reckoned with.
The GTX is designed — literally — to be the United States’ answer to all those high class, high luxury, uber exclusive European sports cars. All steel and carbon fiber, it is hiding a whopping 8.4 liter V8 engine with 650 hp and a six speed manual gearbox.
The GTX is set to go on sale early in 2010. The car, a coupe, will be available in a standard version as well as a track focused model. Each version will feature independent suspension and a whole host of other impressive features.
